Tata Power has got approval from its shareholders to re-appoint Anil Sardana as CEO and Managing Director of the company.
The approval was given in Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
Sardana is an electrical engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
He was the Managing Director of Tata Teleservices Ltd for over three years from 2007 to 2011.
