Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today removed Chief Secretary Deepak Singhal.
In his place, Rahul Bhatnagar has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary. Bhatnagar is an UP-cadre IAS officer of 1983 batch.
