Former Competition Commission of India chairman Ashok Chawla took charge as Non-Executive Chairman of Yes Bank.
Chawla, who has also served as Union Finance Secretary, took over after incumbent Radha Singh ended her tenure as the bank’s director.
Chawla was appointed Additional Non-Executive Director on the bank’s board in March this year.
