Its soon-to-retire captain Philipp Lahm led the celebratory songs with the away fans; in his 14-year career, the 33-year-old has won eight league titles, six German Cups and a Champions League final (his eight titles is a joint-record along with Bastian Schweinsteiger, Oliver Kahn and Mehmet Scholl).
