Cash Rewards to PV Sindhu

PV Sindhu won India’s first silver medal in Badminton at Rio Olympics 2016.

Cash rewards announced for PV Sindhu:

Rs 5 crore from Telangana government; 1,000 sq yards house site in the city, government job.

Rs 3 crore from Andhra Pradesh government; 1,000 sq yard house site in the new capital city of Amaravathi.

Rs 2 crore from Kejriwal Delhi government.

Rs 50 lakh each from Badminton Association of India (BAI), Sports Ministry, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh governments.

Rs 50 lakh from Kerala businessman Mukkattu Sebastian, based in UAE.

Rs 75 lakh from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL).

Rs 30 lakh from Indian Olympic Association (IOA).

Rs 5 lakh from All India Football Federation (AIFF).

Rs 1.01 lakh from actor Salman Khan.
