Government of India has constituted an expert Committee under the Chairmanship of T.K. Viswanathan, former Law Secretary and Member from NSCS, Department of Legislative Affairs, Department of Justice and CBI, to study Domestic & International Cyber Laws and suggest measures/amendments in the existing domestic cyber laws.
The Committee is actively engaged in the deliberations and is taking the views of various stakeholders.
