Kolhapur city in Maharashtra get a 300-foot-high flag post to fly the tricolour, which is the second tallest in the country.
The post was installed at the Police Garden opposite the SP headquarters.
Kolhapur Street Beautification Project raised the post.
A 360-foot-high flag post, the country’s tallest, was inaugurated on March 6 at Attari Border.
