To commemorate the centenary year of Cotton Association of India (CAI), Department of Posts today released a customized corporate ‘My Stamp’ and a Special Cover with Cancellation in function held in Mumbai.
CAI has completed 100 years of selfless service to the cotton and textile sector of the country. CAI is provides a wide range of services to the entire cotton value chain since its incorporation in 1921.
The Special Cover on the centenary celebration of Cotton Association of India is available at all the Philatelic Bureaus of Maharashtra Circle.
President, Cotton Association of India Atul S Ganatra; Commissioner of Textile Roop Rashi CMD of Cotton Corporation of India Pradeep Kumar Agarwal, Vice President of CAI Bhupendra Singh Rajpal, Chief Business Development Officer of BSE Ltd Samir Patil, Chairman of Textile Advisory Group Shri Suresh A Kotak, Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle Veena R. Srinivas and Postmaster General, Mumbai Region Swati Pandey were present for the function.
