Manipal Health Enterprises Pvt Ltd (MHPEL) has appointed Ameer Aggarwal as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Aggarwal, who has had stints with Wipro, 3M, Marico and Ingersoll-Rand, will focus on aligning the business and finance strategy, and would also look at compliance.
Ramoji, the current Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary, will be moving to Manipal Education and Medical Group (MEMG), to head a senior role.
