Justice Rakesh Ranjan Prashad sworn in as the new Chief Justice of the Manipur High Court.
Governor Najma Heptullah administered the oath of office and secrecy to Justice Prashad.
Prashad is the third Chief Justice of the Manipur High Court, which became a full fledged high court from March 13, 2013.
