Murray Wins Shanghai Masters Title

Tennis Star Andy Murray defeated Spain’s Roberto Bautista in the summit clash to clinch the Shanghai ATP Masters.

Murray outplayed the Spanish player 7-6 (7-1), 6-1 in one hour and 36 minutes to win his third Shanghai Masters after the editions in 2010 and 2011.

Andrew Barron “Andy” Murray, OBE (born 15 May 1987) is a Scottish professional tennis player currently ranked world No. 2 in men’s singles.

Murray represents Great Britain in his sporting activities and is a three-time Grand Slam tournament winner, two-time Olympic champion and Davis Cup champion.

He was first ranked as British No. 1 on 27 February 2006. He achieved a top-10 ranking by the ATP for the first time on 16 April 2007, and reached a career peak of world No. 2 on 17 August 2009.
