The Sports Authority of India Regional Centre (SAI RC) Mumbai celebrated International Women’s Day with an empowering event under the FIT India Movement, focused on wellness, self-defense, and fitness.
Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Ms. Puspamitra Sahu inaugurated the event. Guests of Honour, include Founder, Lakshya Shooting Club, Ms. Suma Shirur; Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Traffic, Mumbai, Ms. Pradnya Jedge; Director, Public Relations, Pillai Group of Institutions, Dr. Nivedita Shreyans; FIT India Movement Ambassador, Dr. Mickey Mehta; and Manager, RBI, Ms. Ashwini Ghuge.
Special invitees also included Senior Kabaddi and Kho-Kho Coach, SAI RC Mumbai, Ms. Simrat Gaikwad; Principal, Gyantara Academy, Dr. Ajanta Yadav; and President, All Martial Arts Self-Defense Federation, Shri B.K. Pawar.
The event featured self-defense demonstrations, fitness tips, and discussions on leading a balanced, healthy life.
