As the entire nation gears up for Independence Day, the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, has launched the vibrant ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. The initiative invites every citizen to proudly hoist the National Flag at their homes and share their patriotic spirit by uploading a selfie on harghartiranga.com.
Shri. K. K. Gopalkrishnan, In-Charge Director of the South Central Zone Cultural Centre (SCZCC) in Nagpur, has issued a heartfelt appeal for active participation in this campaign. He encourages everyone to showcase their love for the national flag and join this symbolic celebration.
The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign is part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, designed to bring the tricolor into homes across the nation. Traditionally, our connection to the national flag has been more formal and institutional. This initiative aims to transform it into a personal and collective symbol of our commitment to nation-building and patriotism. By participating, you’ll not only honor the flag but also contribute to a greater sense of national unity and pride.
