Liquor maker United Spirits appoints John Thomas Kennedy as director of the company.
The board of the company has passed a resolution to appoint John Thomas Kennedy, a nominee of Relay B V, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Diageo pic, as a non-executive non-independent director on the Board.
Kennedy is currently the president of Diageo Europe, Russia, Turkey and India and is a member of Diageo Global Executive Team.
