The World Record holder South African Niekerk, clocked 43.98 seconds to finish at the top of podium.
Steve Gardiner of Bahamas finished second in the event while Abdalelah Haroun of Qatar claimed the Bronze.
In the men’s 800 meter French man Pierre-Ambroise Bosse with a time of One minute 44.67 seconds is the new World Champion.
