Shuttlers Purva Barve and Varun Kapur won their respective age group sections in the Li Ning-Israel Open 2017 badminton tournament held in Israel.
16 year old Purva ranked No. 70 in the world beat world No. 61 and third-seeded Lela Minadze of Russia.
Meanwhile Varun beat England’s Toby Dillingham 21-10, 21-2 in the final, to bag his second International title.
