Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been selected for an award instituted in memory of the late director Yash Chopra.
Khan will receive the fourth National Yash Chopra Memorial Award.
Award jury comprising Chopra’s wife Pamela, filmmaker Boney Kapoor, Simi Garewal, Padmini Kolhapure, Subbarami Reddy, and Anu and Shashi Ranjan — announced.
The award, whose previous recipients were Lata Mangeshkar, Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha, will be presented to Khan on February 25, 2017.
