Oriental Bank of Commerce has appointed Jitender Mohan Singh (General Manager) as Chief Financial Officer of the Bank in place of CHSS Mallikarjuna Rao.
Accordingly, in terms of Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Jitender Mohan Singh shall be the authorised Key Managerial Personnel for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to Stock Exchanges.
